Summer has been a blast this year, thanks to Skyler's best friend, Reese. The weekends have been filled with plenty of swim dates. A few weeks ago, these Besties took it up one notch and enjoyed an all day Diva Party! It included swimming, playing, pizza, a princess cake with all the accessories.
Leah, Reesey's Mum, had the table all decorated for their big day! And what's a party without princess balloons and tiaras.
The girls quickly found the pool and stayed active for a solid three hours! Reese has been so instrumental in Skyler's continued development with her swimming abilities and especially Sky's confidence.
If they weren't frolicking around in the pool then they were attached to the hip out of the pool! These two cuites just adore one another.

After a full afternoon of swimming, the pizza party began!
Next....the delicious Princess cake.
Leah and I were convinced that this was the quietest our Sweeties had been all day. Amazing how that happens when cake is involved!

After the massive sugar rush, Reese and Skyler played until 11PM. Yeap, 11PM and that's not a typo. We decided since it was THEIR special Friday, we let the girls enjoy each other to the max. That meant tons of playing and even a bit of hide-n-seek!
The girls really loved their Princess/Pizza party and have mentioned another Diva Day in the near future. Us Mummies enjoyed the adult time together as they entertained each other, so I'm certain another party is on the horizon. Thank goodness for friendships! They sure make life extra sweet!
