A few days ago, we enjoyed a family day out that included dining, shopping and a trip over to Skyler's fountain. Yes, we visit it so often, that we decided to change the name from The Lakeside Village Fountain to Skyler's Fountain. She'll even tell ya all about it....lol!
As I relaxed and soaked in all the Daddy & Skyler fun, my friend Rebecca and her son, Clayton, appeared. Nice surprise, indeed! These two tots just enjoyed each others company a week ago while we babysat Clayton for a few hours. Sky's memory is quite impressive, because as soon as she saw him, she ran over to her Kiwanis pal, saying Clayton-Clayton! Isn't her sun dress just the prettiest!
Speaking of dresses, Mike the Mailman, delivered another package from Idaho a few weeks ago. Surprise-surprise! Although they're never addressed to Tom or I (strickly for the Princess) I get just as excited helping her open these goodies, while Tom watches over, shaking his head no the entire time. He's thinking "not more clothes" & I'm thinking "wish they made these outfits in my size"! lol...Perhaps it's a girl thing! On a serious note, we truly feel blessed. Skyler has such a loving and generous family. Her Grandparents, Aunts, Uncles and Cousins love her so much, as well as our dearest friends!
Little girl clothes are quite adorable, along with elephant pajamas and a pink bathing suit. She's had such fun wearing them! Here she is modeling a summer outfit, pumps included. Do hope everyone is enjoying their week. Surprise, 2 posts in one day! :)
