Hard to believe the Princess celebrated the resurrection of Jesus Christ for the 5th time. Skyler is understanding the meaning behind the holiday which confirms that our bible studies are touching her heart. Although Daddy was feeling rather poorly on Easter Sunday, Skyler enjoyed the festivities at church and home, especially since Gammey was celebrating with us.
Easter of 2014 found Daddy feeling very sick, but with his blessing, the festivities continued and Skyler enjoyed her time at church and home. It was extra special since Gammey was visiting!
The Princess woke up to some lovely Easter baskets and gifts from her Auntie Nic & Uncle Bogie, Auntie Chez & Uncle Charles and Auntie Kevie and Auncle Dawg. Sky is certainly blessed to be showered with much love from her family!
Gammey, Skyler and I enjoyed the Easter service.
My favorite Gals....
We then watched her hunt for eggs hosted by my wonderful Deaconess group.
After a fun morning, we headed home to check on Daddy and then enjoy Sky's own Easter egg hunt.
Thanks Auntie Nic & Uncle Bogie for the gorgeous dress!
Always time to strike a pose....
Another memory to cherish forever! We certainly had an a beautiful weekend and we are continuously reminded of all our wonderful blessings provided our our amazing Savior.
Over the Easter weekend, Gammey and Skyler had numerous tea parties.
I just have to share my Easter table. Notice the two carrots that Skyler requested that we leave for our Easter Bunny. Yes, they are miniature in size and we're assuming our Bunny is a light eater! lol
My favorite Easter gift was this sweet picture created by the kindest, caring and most lovable 4 year old you'll ever meet! I do hope you all celebrated Easter with loved ones! makes it that much sweeter....
