As many of you know, I had a very smooth, healthy pregnancy. Tom and I were blessed to experience it at full term....exactly 40 weeks of 3 perfect trimesters. Now, here we are, exactly 40 weeks later and our darling Skyler is nine months old.
It brings us such happy memories when we reminisce. 40 weeks of fetal development and 40 weeks of baby development. Here we are 40 weeks then & now.....
At nine months, Skyler is almost 29 inches long, weighing 19 pounds. She is quite tall for her age and average in weight. (Her 9 month check up was yesterday) Dr. Eanett was amazed by her warm, outgoing nature, and I will quote him directly, "Gorgeous Personality"! Nobody seems to be a stranger for sweet Skyler. He also noticed how she points at objects and he applauded us on her progress, for this action usually happens around the 12 month mark. I always knew we had a clever little infant! lol.... After a flu shot and a quick visit to the lab for blood work, we came home with an A+ report.
