We had to close the doors on our Red, White & Kaboom evening last night, due to constant showers and lightning. Our family had been looking forward all week to our community's Patriotic celebration.
Although the showers were light, it was constant, making for a very wet evening downtown, if we had decided to go. Instead, Skyler and Laney checked out the light showers at home.
We're hoping the event will be rescheduled, so Daddy, Skyler & I can wear are festive outfits that we've been anxious to show off.
We spent the rest of the evening playing and doing quite a bit of dancing.
