Ben's Bash

The Princess meets the Pirate.....Well, actually Skyler got invited to Ben's pirate themed birthday party this past Saturday. The two are friends from Church and are also best Cubbie Pals each Wednesday night. Ben  attended Sky's 3rd birthday party, too.

It's was a beautiful day and the party was full of outdoor fun that included nine other children. Ben was excited to see Skyler and they immediately started playing together.

Each party guest received their own pirate hat, eye patch, hook, sword and telescope. Our sweet Princess was quickly transformed into a pretty Pirate! Lots of pirate fun ahead....Arrgghh!

Ben's Mum, Wanda, designed, baked and decorated a super cool pirate ship cake. We all sang Happy Birthday to the four year old and then watched him open gifts.

After 3 hours at Ben's Buccaneer BBQ Bash, it was time for a group shot before heading home. Skyler is certainly blessed to have wonderful friends that include her in such memorable festivities.
