Cubbies resumed after the Thanksgiving Holiday and the Princess is still enjoying her studies. Skyler has spent the past two weeks learning more about her Savior and how to serve others. When asked how she likes to serve, Skyler quickly responded, "By being a friend and giving hugs and kisses."
Last night, the Awana program held an intimate award ceremony for the patches earned during November. Sky received two! One Luv E. Lamb patch for completing Lamb Path One and a Ern E. Elephant patch for completing Elephant Walk One.
Here's our proud Cubbie sporting her two new red patches located on the lower left side of her vest last night.
Since Thanksgiving, she has successfully recited to more more bible verses. It's been such a delight to watch her grown in God's word. Luke 2:11...."a Savior has been born to you..." and Matthew 3:17..."This is My Son, whom I love..."
