Christmas Joy....Part II

Skyler got to enjoy a full day of fun and love with her Clark family on December 28th. We also celebrated our Christmas gathering. It was the first time since Cousin Jodi's wedding that everyone was together. Talk about wonderful!

It was a sunny Friday and Sky and Cousin Austin started the visit off with a game of fetch with all the pups.

 Then lots of horsing around with Cousin's Dustin and Jodi.

 Skyler is a huge fan of the Clark's holiday tradition of the train set around the beautifully decorated tree.

Uncle Dog even showed Sky the motorized ski lift. She thought it was pretty darn cool that one ski lift went up while the other was going down.

Before the Princess opened all her presents, she kissed her favorite gift of all.....her soon-to-be 2nd cousin! Yes, God has truly blessed my niece Nikki and nephew Austin! The Baby is due June 13th and we all should find out the gender next week!

 The festivities continued after a delicious dinner.....

 Skyler enjoyed handing out presents to all her family members, starting with Auntie Kevie!

Auntie Kevie and Uncle Dog bought the Princess her very own digital camera and boy was she excited! Uncle Dog quickly got the batteries loaded and Sky became an instant photographer!

We definitely had to get a family portrait taken with her new purple camera and it sure works great! It even has a USB connectivity for easy downloading AND takes videos!

The Photographer finally put the camera down to enjoyed playing with her many gifts, especially jigsaw puzzles. I must say, after a few tries, Skyler has become the pro. I've gone to the store to purchase more puzzles and she's a wiz at them! Reminds me of her Auntie Nicola. I remember my sister Nic working puzzles daily at the dining room table. 

By 9:30PM, Sky outlasted her Cousin Jordan! Because we knew the drive ahead was long drive, we changed Skyler into her pajamas and then she gave out hugs before the two hour ride. 

Another great gathering with our dear family! I'll be sure to keep everyone posted on Skyler's soon-to-be 2nd cousin! The Princess wants a girl!
