We were back to our routine of daily drawing/coloring, much reading, counting numbers and dancing. Gone are the farm animals, although Skyler still talks about them and definitely chooses books that involve her furry friends. Because of the daily rain, we were parked inside quite a bit. The Princess did receive a package that was waiting on the door step upon our arrival. Papa wasted no time putting together her very own picnic table. The poor weather had us testing it inside. Sky loves it and we're looking forward to using it when some of her friends come over to play this Fall.

We also watched movies and of course she was a big help in the laundry department. Sweet Pea prefers Doritos over popcorn.
Although it was a very wet week, we still produced many smiles and tons of fun. Speaking of smiles, I just had to share this photo I took last Thursday of Buster, the goat, riding Sophie, the horse. Buster jumped up (with no assistance) and landed perfectly on Sophie's back. Just like a gymnast nailing the landing off the balance beam! Told ya you'd smile! Happy Weekend!!!
