This & That

The Princess can go from sophistication to silliness within hours. She certainly loves to dress up. No doubt about that and with all the gorgeous dresses (see above) that her Auntie Nicola & Uncle Bogie buy her, the supply is unlimited. If it was left to Skyler, she would wear a dress to school every day. Unfortunately, if I allowed it, those lovely dresses would come home with grass & dirt stains from recess and large paint spots from craft time!
Now to the silliness....Skyler loves to perform and when she's not making music with Gammey, she's dancing and singing. In these next few photos, Sky told me she was a star and that she was auditioning but needed gloves. I laughed over her chose of words/phrase and also the socks! Quite the imagination.

Skyler is still loving on Laney. I still think Laney wakes up everyday and looks at our active toddler and thinks to herself, "You're still here? When are you leaving?"

Sweet Pea loves animals and she's getting excited about our upcoming trip to Auntie Cheryl & Uncle Charles' Farm. Last week, we went to support the "Pets On Parade" for our local SPCA organization. It made it extra fun to see NeNe (my dear friend/hair dresser Denise) working at the table. We walked around and looked at all the furry friends. Sky's favorite was a therapy dog that she found amusing because it was sitting in it's own little pram.

There was also an inflatable bounce house for the children. After a few minutes inside Skyler looked like Joey the kangaroo.

Skyler is still enjoying church every Sunday and Wednesday. She knows her prayer before eating and her prayer before bedtime. She loves to sing "Jesus Loves Me" and she'll be the first to tell you that Jesus loves her! When driving home from school one afternoon, Skyler said, "Mummy, Papa is in the BIG house." I asked her where that was and she replied, "Mummy, that's God's house!" She certainly is learning a lot about our Lord and all his blessings.
Here are a few pictures taken on Easter Sunday with her Sunday school friends. Kids loves Gold Fish and I think it's the only time that their quiet while awake!

Our Angel still enjoys water and loves the jacuzzi with her Daddy before bedtime.

And she's still that happy little girl!

 Silly, too! With daddy's shorts.
