Skyler had such a fun day today. We were invited to spend Saturday with Jordan and Liliana at Jordan's home. Both girls are classmates and friends of Sky's and I've also had a few opportunities to get to know the mommies during extracurricular activities outside of school. It was a lovely surprise to get a phone call with a play date invite. So glad we accepted!
Skyler was super excited to play with friends her own age. We arrived at 10:30 and spent five wonderful hours playing outdoors, swimming, watching movies and then ending the afternoon with a cookie party!
The girls got to decorate their own cookies with sprinkles, chocolate chips and M&M's. Below, from left to right are Liliana, Jordan and Skyler. It was a delicious way to interact and get creative.

Relaxing after 5 straight hours of activities...
The girls played so great together. They shared well and laughter was the common sound. It was also perfect opportunity for me to form another friendship and a parental alliance. Sorry I failed to take any pool pictures. I spent that time gabbing with Jordan's Mommy :)
