It was such a delight to spend the holidays with family. Uncle Bogie & Auntie Nicola extended their trip into the new year. They rented a large condo just a few minutes away from Gammey & Papa's home. Skyler loves spending time with family, but mention the beach and she becomes extra excited!
Our winters are usually beach friendly and December of 2011 proved no different! We enjoyed the "white" stuff (a.k.a sand) A true benefit that comes to Florida living! I believe the northerns call their stuff "snow" during the winter season. lol
Skyler spent the day after Christmas with her Grandparents, Auntie Nicola & Uncle Bogie. By lunch time, she was making sand castles on Madeira Beach! Although it was a sunny day, the wind was quite gusty, so cardigans were needed. Didn't stop or slow down the Princess one bit!
Can't spend the day at the beach without a stroll searching for sea shells while absorbing all of God's beauty!
Water was chilly, but Sky had to dip her toes in before heading home....

We think about Papa daily, but today was super, duper special as we honored him all day! Here's Skyler singing loud and proud to her Papa!
