During this week's bible study, we learned about Thomas, one of Jesus' disciples, and his doubts about our Savior, until he saw Jesus' scars. Skyler's lesson taught her that we believe because we know in the bible that Jesus is the promised Savior, went from town to town teaching and died on the cross for our sins.
Skyler's 22nd bible verse came from John 20:20, The disciples were overjoyed when they saw the Lord....One of Sky's work book exercise involved telling someone else about the Lord Jesus. Our Princess quickly named her friend Reese, so we invited her to Awana to spend 90 minutes in her Cubbies class last night.
We picked Reese up at 6PM and the two sang plenty of songs all the way to church. Skyler stayed super excited and was eager to show Reese her church and friends.
Once the girls got into the classroom, lessons began along with the music theme. I snapped a few pictures while walking out.
