I've shared the exciting news of my Cousin Chris' visit (with his family) to America in my last post. I was fortunate to go back to England in 2005 and spend an amazing vacation with him. We reconnected in 2006 when he flew across the pond and spent two weeks with me. Needless to say, our reunion was well over due!
I was anxious to introduce Chris, his lovely wife Juliet and their daughter Emily to Tom and Skyler. How wonderful it was to have them share in Sky's 3rd Birthday. The Green's flew into Orlando one day before her party, and as tired as they were, they still drove over to be apart of her magical day.
After Skyler's party, we all came back to the house and relaxed. The weather was perfect and we enjoyed the day outside while Tom grilled burgers. It was great catching up and I was delighted that Skyler got to meet more of her extended family.
We broke out the birthday cake and celebrated all over again!
Later in the week, we made plans to spend Saturday, the 2nd, with them in their rented Orlando home. The Princess was especially happy to see Emily again!
She was ready to zoom over!
Another beautiful Florida day spent with family.
Weekends are made for that!
We ended up staying till 10:30PM. It was a fabulous Saturday and we're all getting together again at Texas De Brazil this Thursday before they fly back to England the following day. We'll be bringing another family member with us.....Auntie Nicola! She's flying in tomorrow and Skyler is super excited. Definitely a roaring good time is planned!
