We doubled up the fun this past Thursday evening! Skyler got to indulge in lots of family time. It all began with Gammey and Auntie Nicola and then continued with Cousins Chris, Juliet and Emily.
After spending a few hours at the house, we all loaded up in Papa's car (Woody too!) and drove to Orlando to help "The Brits" enjoy their last night in America.
We reserved a table for 8 at the Texas de Brazil, an authentic Brazilian-American steakhouse located on International Drive.
We dined endlessly on the Brazilian fare!
Here's some fun shots of Auntie Nicola & the Princess waiting to be swarmed by a troop of carvers generously serving various cuts of seasoned beef, lamb, pork, chicken and Brazilian sausage. Although Auntie Nicola is a "Vegan", she still enjoyed the 50-60 seasonal items at the salad bar, including gourmet vegetables & soups.
It certainly was a wonderful fine dining experience.
No one left hungry!
After dinner, we drove back to Chris' rental home and enjoyed a few more hours together. It was lovely being together again. Gammey is already planning a trip back to England next year and once Skyler gets a bit older, we'll be flying over that big pond too! Family just makes everything better!
Second cousins....So sweet!
